High- WaistDenim Shorts

So I have been working on these shorts for a while, and its like i can't figure out how to do the waist and i refuse to do anything else with them until i figure out how to do it!
Here is a sneak look of my High-waisted shorts hopefully i can finish them!
I'm really thinking about changing the name to my line to Unfinished because I can never finish anything lml.
